We built the 7,700-square-foot Innovation Lab to supply our local community with the training and education needed to earn well-paying jobs and the potential to turn those jobs into accomplished careers. In doing so, we provide businesses with a quality workforce that has the skills and drive to outperform.

The Lab is a catalyst for employment, providing pre-screening and job placement services, technology and vocational training programs. These services spur business growth, entrepreneurship and cooperative training programs, and offer continuing education for the benefit of community residents.

A microcosm of NYC with one distinction: we're creating an innovation ecosystem that embraces the disruption created by advancing technologies. Our economic spectrum spans verticals, from manufacturing to design, art to architecture, biotech to clean-tech, media to film production, and fashion to food. We collaborate with over 400 companies in six million square feet of classic industrial architecture, 21st century amenities, and the natural light to soak it all in. Encompassing over five acres of open space and cultivated common courtyards, our buildings hold beautiful views and provides us fresh air for fresh perspectives.
